一引言夏比V型切口冲击试验是工程上常用的一种动态力学试验方法,由于此法对金属材料内部组织的微小差异的区别比其他方法更为敏感,能很好地反映材料对缺口和应变速率的敏感性,试验方法简单且经济,因此在生产和科研中广泛用于测定金属材料在承受动态载荷时的机械性能。为了从试验中获得更多的有用的数据发展了示波冲击试验法。其特点是利用光电管和光敏晶体管跟踪摆锤切断固定光束的过程,将光量变化成电信号并纪录下来,得出冲击时的载荷-位移曲线,用于分析和定量计算。
