采用足尺试验对新型快支早拆水平模架体系进行承载力分析,试验着重测试施工荷载对体系的性能影响及早拆后该体系力学性能和工程实用性。对试验模型设置6个应力测点和8个位移测点,测量连续载荷下,架体整体变形及承载力分布情况,得到架体在18.5 k N载荷下处于安全的结论。另外,新浇筑混凝土强度达到38%强度设计时,对试验中对架体实现早拆,保留立杆独立支撑,试验结果显示,结构处于安全。
The full-scale test was used to analyze the bearing capacity of a new type of fast-supporting and demolishing horizontal formwork. The test focused on testing the influence of construction load on the system and the mechanical properties and engineering practicability of the system after early demolition. Six stress measuring points and eight displacement measuring points are set on the test model to measure the overall deformation and bearing capacity distribution of the frame under continuous load. The conclusion is obtained that the frame is safe under the load of 18.5 kN. In addition, the strength of the new pouring concrete strength of 38% design, the test on the frame to achieve early demolition, to retain independent support pole, the test results show that the structure is safe.
