目的:利用反相高效液相色谱法对尖叶假龙胆中norswertianolin成分进行含量测定。方法:采用Shim-pack VP-ODS-C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相0.1%磷酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)(80:20),流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温25℃,紫外检测波长254 nm。结果:尖叶假龙胆中norswertianolin在9.6~192 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 5);仪器精密度RSD0.67%(n=6);方法重复性RSD 1.88%(n=6);样品在12 h内稳定;平均回收率为99.8%(RSD 1.31%)。结论:本法快速、准确、重复性好,可用于蒙药尖叶假龙胆中norswertianolin成分的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of norswertianolin in Rhizoma Imperatae with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (A) -acetonitrile (B) (80:20), flow rate 1.0 mL · min-1 on a Shim-pack VP-ODS-C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, Column temperature 25 ℃, UV detection wavelength 254 nm. RESULTS: norswertianolin had a good linearity (r = 0.999 5) in RSD of 9.6-192 mg.L-1, RSD of 0.67% (n = 6), RSD of 1.88% 6); the sample was stable within 12 h; the average recovery was 99.8% (RSD 1.31%). Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of norswertianolin in Mongolian medicine.
