农村中小学教师成长环境的复杂性,从生态学角度可以更为客观和准确地分析,从而为教师成长提供良好的环境基础。调查发现,农村中小学教师的职业认同、个体心理环境等主体性环境以及家庭、自然和社会环境、学校管理制度等客体性环境因素方面存在相互影响。应为农村中小学教师提供整体的生态学成长环境,从而推进农村中小学教师队伍建设,提升其专业素养和能力。
The complexity of rural primary and secondary school teachers ’growth environment can be more objectively and accurately analyzed from the perspective of ecology, so as to provide a good environmental basis for teachers’ growth. The survey found that primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas such as occupational identity, individual psychological environment and other subjective environment as well as family, natural and social environment, school management system and other objective environmental factors interact. Should provide primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas the overall environment for ecological growth, so as to promote the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers to enhance their professionalism and ability.
