近几年来,我所在田间和盆栽条件下,曾研究了磷肥对大豆的增产作用,结果一致证明在含磷较低的土壤上,施用磷肥有助于提高大豆产量和改善籽实品质,特别是在开花前期施用,效果更为明显.为了进一步了解磷对大豆的作用,进行了本试验,其目的在于企图利用示踪P~(32)探索大豆在不同生育期,从根部和根外所吸收的P~(32)在植株体内的运转和分配规律,为大豆的合理施肥技术提供科学依据.现将我们在1959年所得资料整理如下.
