目的 :探讨为临床、医技科室购置高、新、尖设备的方法。方法 :1 建章立制 ,用制度管理各个环节。 2 实地考察 ,多角度综合评估。 3 性价对比 ,综合评价 ,好中择优。结果 :应用“重视临床选择 ,专家技术论证 ,性价效益分析 ,集体研究决定”方法 ,为医院购买到适合医院经济实力的合适医疗产品 ,并且在市场优惠价的基础上为医院节约 176万元。结论 :“性价对比分析法”是一种符合我院医工部工作的好方法。结合我院的实际 ,以市场经济规律为导向 ,更新观念 ,加强管理手段是我们面临的新的挑战
Purpose : To explore ways to purchase high, new and sharp equipment for clinical and medical technology departments. Methods :1 Establish a system of rules and regulations and use all aspects of system management. 2 Field trips, comprehensive assessments from multiple angles. 3 The price comparison, comprehensive evaluation, good and excellent. Results: The application of “emphasis on clinical selection, expert technical demonstration, price-benefit analysis, collective research decision” method, for the hospital to purchase suitable medical products suitable for the hospital’s economic strength, and on the basis of the market price for the hospital to save 1.76 million yuan . Conclusion : “Comparative analysis of sexual price” is a good method to meet the work of the Department of Medical and Health of our hospital. Combining the reality of our hospital with the guidance of market economic rules, updating concepts and strengthening management methods are new challenges for us.
