作为深化国企改革的重头戏,全面推动国有资本投资运营公司正在加速“破局”。2017年,国务院国资委将全面推动国有资本投资运营公司试点,拓展授权内容,加大授权力度,积极探索有效的运营模式,更加有效发挥国有资本投资运营公司在国企改革中的示范作用。“国字号”投资运营公司建设步伐加快事实上,自党的十八届三中全会提出“支持有条件的国有企业改组为国有资本投资公司”以来,国务院国资委一直在积极推动中央企业
As the highlight of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, the state-owned capital investment and operation companies are being accelerated in an all-round way to speed up “breaking the curtain.” In 2017, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council will comprehensively promote pilot projects of state-owned capital investment and operation companies, expand the content of authorization, intensify the delegation of authority, actively explore effective operational models and more effectively demonstrate the exemplary role of state-owned capital investment and operating companies in the reform of state-owned enterprises. In fact, since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the proposal of “supporting the reorganization of state-owned enterprises into state-owned capital investment companies”, the SASAC of the State Council has been actively promoting Central enterprises
