目的探讨血清CA125、CA153、CA199及CEA联合检测在呼吸系统恶性肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法选择呼吸系统恶性肿瘤患者321例作为恶性肿瘤组,呼吸系统良性病变患者225例为良性病变组,健康体检者206例作为对照组。应用放射免疫法测定三组患者血清CA125、CA153、CA199及CEA阳性例数及表达水平,并计算出单一检测及联合检测时的敏感度、特异度、准确度。结果恶性肿瘤组血清CA125、CA153、CA199及CEA阳性比例及水平均高于良性病变组及正常组(P<0.05)。CA125+CEA+CA199联合时敏感度、特异度、准确度分别提高至67.25%、84.43%、78.92%,均高于各指标单一检测时的结果(P<0.05)。结论联合检测血清CA125、CA153、CA199及CEA能够提高呼吸系统恶性肿瘤的诊断效能。
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of serum CA125, CA153, CA199 and CEA in the diagnosis of respiratory malignancies. Methods 321 patients with malignant neoplasm of respiratory system were chosen as malignant tumor group, 225 patients with benign respiratory disease were benign lesion group and 206 healthy subjects were used as control group. The number and expression level of serum CA125, CA153, CA199 and CEA in three groups were determined by radioimmunoassay. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of single detection and combined detection were calculated. Results The positive rates and levels of serum CA125, CA153, CA199 and CEA in malignant tumors were significantly higher than those in benign lesions and normal controls (P <0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CA125 + CEA + CA199 combination increased to 67.25%, 84.43% and 78.92% respectively, which were all higher than the results of single detection of each index (P <0.05). Conclusion Combined detection of serum CA125, CA153, CA199 and CEA can improve the diagnostic efficacy of respiratory malignancies.
