The development of the mining industry has a great impact on the livelihood capital of farmers, especially in the three aspects of natural capital, human capital and financial capital. In the face of these changes, peasants have taken appropriate measures, mainly including the adjustment of livelihood strategies, changes in production and living habits, health responses and direct resistance. However, in terms of health response, the study found that peasants are still relatively passive. This is directly related to the low level of economic development in rural areas, lack of awareness of environmental risks and the limited ability of collective action. In addition, peasants are out of the balance in their power relations Only individuals can not change the status quo. It is still hard to achieve their goals despite the protests.
