转变社区教育方式,已成为当前社区教育的重要内容。本文对社区教育存在的三大问题进行了分析,通过在社区培育社会组织,提炼社会组织的内涵特征,探索了任务驱动、社区联动、课程带动的实施策略,并在从自发到自觉、从个体到群体、从校本到人本三个方面进行了成效反思。
Changing the way of community education has become an important part of community education. This article analyzes the three major problems existing in community education. By cultivating social organizations in communities and refining the connotation of social organizations, this paper explores the implementation strategies of task-driven, community-linked and curriculum-driven strategies.
