班会课是德育教学的主阵地,更是伴随师生心灵成长的源源溪流。当前的班会课如何使枯燥的做人学问能让学生听进去,并且感悟清楚,这是作为班主任的我一直所纠结的。我一直在思考:如何运用技巧和智慧,精心设计好每一堂情感体验式主题班会课,并发挥其“春风化雨,润物无声”的教育作用。我选择了把故事融入班会课的课堂教学当中,注重情感教育、行为教育,打造学生心灵世界成长的碉堡。
Class class is the main front of moral education, but also with teachers and students spiritual growth is the source of streams. The current classes how to make boring life science to let students listen to it, and a clear understanding, which is as a teacher I have been tangled. I have been pondering: how to use skills and wisdom to elaborate each class of emotional experience class, and to play its “spring temperament, moisten things silent” educational effect. I chose to put the story into the class class classroom teaching, pay attention to emotional education, behavioral education, to create the growth of students in the spiritual world of bunkers.
