目的:建立妇宁栓中黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:phenonmenex Gemini C_(18)枉(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈(A)-0.5%磷酸(B)(三乙胺调pH=3.04)溶液梯度洗脱;流速1.0 ml.min~(-1);检测波长:265 nm。结果:黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱分别在2.02~80.80μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 6)、0.17~13.08μg.ml~(-1)(r=0.999 9)范围内有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为97.08%,102.03%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin and berberine in Fu-Ning-Shuan suppository. Methods: The chromatographic column was eluted with a gradient of phenynexnex Gemini C_ (18) (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and acetonitrile (A) -0.5% phosphoric acid (B) ml.min ~ (-1); detection wavelength: 265 nm. Results: Baicalin and berberine were good in the range of 2.02 ~ 80.80μg · ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 6), 0.17 ~ 13.08μg.ml ~ (-1) (r = 0.999 9) The average recovery was 97.08% and 102.03% respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation
