人类病毒性心肌炎的致病机制一直未明了，国内外许多学者通过动物模型发现：柯萨奇 Ｂ组病毒在心肌细胞中复制及其所致的免疫病理反应都可能参与了病毒性心肌炎的致病过程。现将该机制的研究进展作一简介。
The pathogenesis of human viral myocarditis has not been clear, many scholars at home and abroad found through animal models: Coxsackie B virus replication in cardiomyocytes and the resulting immunopathological reactions may be involved in the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis process. Now the mechanism of the research progress made a brief introduction.
