以不同纯度的汕优63为材料,通过多点试验,明确了产量随纯度递减而下降的关系,指出了92%是导致产量显著减产的临界纯度。在杂交稻生产和经营过程中,经常出现和遇到一些纯度低于国标二级的种子。能否利用这类种子,是许多生产经营者和使用者关注的问题。研究探讨汕优63纯度与产量的关系,有助于处理和解决种子工作中的实际问题。 1 材料和方法 1.1 材料:根据海南种植鉴定纯度结果,扦取亲本来源相同、纯度分别为98.56%、96.2%、94.47%、92.02%、90%和84.67%的汕优63种子各0.9公斤,并将每份样品分成三等份。
