目的探讨士兵组织公平感对工作满意度的影响。方法采用一般情况调查问卷、组织公平量表、组织认同问卷、工作满意度量表对某炮兵旅士兵进行测查。结果①组织公平感与工作满意度显著相关(P<0.01);组织认同感和组织公平感显著相关(P<0.01);②回归分析显示士兵的组织公平感对工作满意度有正向预测作用(β=0.57,P<0.01);士兵的组织公平感对组织认同感有正向预测作用(β=0.63,P<0.01);加入中介变量(组织认同)后,组织公平感对工作满意度预测作用减弱(β1=0.574,β2=0.282)。结论组织认同在组织公平感和工作满意度之间起部分中介作用。
Objective To explore the impact of soldier organizational justice on job satisfaction. Methods A general survey, organizational fairness questionnaire, organizational identity questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire were used to test the soldiers of an Artillery Brigade. Results ① There was a significant correlation between organizational fairness and job satisfaction (P <0.01); organizational identity was significantly correlated with organizational fairness (P <0.01); ② Regression analysis showed that the organizational fairness of soldiers had a positive predictive effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.57, P <0.01); the sense of organizational justice of soldiers had a positive predictive effect on organizational identity (β = 0.63, P <0.01); after adding mediating variables (organizational identity) The predictive effect was weakened (β1 = 0.574, β2 = 0.282). Conclusion Organizational identification plays a partial mediating role in the sense of organizational justice and job satisfaction.
