思想政治理论课教师作为教师队伍中的特殊群体,普遍的职业倦怠现象在他们身上表现得尤为明显。教师在面对不同价值观念或对新旧价值观念进行调适时,必然出现心理冲突,出现职业倦怠现象。理想与现实的冲突挫伤了政治教师的工作热情,从而也容易产生职业倦怠心理。教师强烈的角色意识,又迫使他们时刻压抑和满足职业需要。这样的反差容易造成社会角色和自然角色之间的冲突,产生心理负担导致职业倦怠。导致思想政治理论课教师职业倦怠的最主要原因是社会因素影响,它长期影响着教师的敬业态度和精神生活质量,进而影响到教育的育人质量。必须预防和缓解思想政治理论课教师的职业倦怠。
Ideological and Political Theory teachers as a special group of teachers, the widespread phenomenon of job burnout is particularly evident in them. Facing different values or adapting old values and new values, teachers inevitably experience psychological conflicts and occupational burnout. Conflict between the ideal and the reality dampened the enthusiasm of the political teachers, which also led to job burnout psychology. The strong sense of role of teachers, but also forcing them to always suppress and meet professional needs. This contrast easily lead to social and natural conflicts between the role, resulting in psychological burden lead to burnout. The main reason that led to the burnout of ideological and political theory teachers is the influence of social factors. It has a long-term effect on the teachers’ dedication and spiritual life quality, which in turn affects the educational quality of education. It is necessary to prevent and alleviate the burnout of teachers of ideological and political theory.
