本文根据螺纹变形协调条件导出了人造水晶高压釜密封螺纹压套沿轴向的压力分布公式和最大压力表达式。采用约束非线性规划的复形法,对密封螺纹压套进行形状优化,使其在满足各种强度约束和几何约束下,螺纹的最大压力最小。编制了密封螺纹压套形状优化的通用程序。优化结果表明,螺纹沿轴向压力分布较为均匀,压力峰值可降低55%以上。
In this paper, according to the thread deformation coordination conditions, the pressure distribution formula and the maximum pressure expression along the axial direction of the sealing ring of the artificial crystal autoclave were deduced. The constrained nonlinear programming method is used to optimize the shape of the sealing screw sleeve so as to minimize the maximum pressure of the screw thread under various kinds of strength constraints and geometric constraints. A general procedure for the optimization of the shape of the sealing thread pockets was developed. The optimization results show that the pressure distribution along the axial direction is more uniform and the pressure peak can be reduced by 55% or more.
