为降低苯作业岗位的职业危害,保护工人健康,我国喷漆工艺均采用通风密闭净化方法,使用各种净化装置使现场浓度达到国家卫生标准。为了解个人防护措施对苯作业工人的防护效应,选取济南市两家生产环境苯浓度符合国家标准的机械生产厂喷漆车间为调查现场,以个人防护措施不同的两厂喷漆工人为调查对象,采用队列研究,分析工人防护差异及血常规指标,研究个人防护措施对工人的保护效果。
In order to reduce the occupational hazards of benzene jobs and protect the health of workers, all our spray painting processes adopt the method of air-tight decontamination and use various purification devices to make the on-site concentration reach the national health standards. In order to understand the protective effect of personal protective measures on workers exposed to benzene, two paint spraying workshops of mechanical workshops in the two production environments with Jinan concentration in line with the national standards were selected as the survey sites. Two paint factory workers with different personal protective measures were selected as the survey subjects. Cohort studies analyzed differences in workers’ protection and blood parameters to study the protective effect of personal protection measures on workers.
