为了改善高速激光切割数控机床的控制效果,提出基于贝叶斯分析的高速激光切割数控机床控制参数选取方法。首先对高速激光切割数控机床的工作原理进行分析,初步确定位置、速度和电流作为控制参数,然后利用贝叶斯分析方法进一步确定数控机床性能的位置、速度和电流控制参数值。最后采用仿真实验对该方法进行了验证,选择较好的速激光切割数控机床控制参数,并能够提高高速激光切割数控机床的控制效果。
In order to improve the control effect of high speed laser cutting CNC machine tools, a control parameter selection method of high speed laser cutting NC machine tool based on Bayesian analysis is proposed. Firstly, the working principle of high-speed laser cutting CNC machine tools is analyzed. The position, velocity and current are initially determined as the control parameters. Then the Bayesian analysis method is used to further determine the position, velocity and current control parameters of CNC machine tools. Finally, the simulation experiment is used to verify the method, select the better laser cutting CNC machine tool control parameters, and can improve the high-speed laser cutting CNC machine control effect.
