我处在立井井筒施工中,为提高工作效率,加快施工速度,适应大段高砌壁的需要,设计了三层吊盘。 三层吊盘的结构系在原两层吊盘下面,用4根钢丝绳再悬吊一层盘(附图)。上、中两盘为刚性连接,连接立柱使用工字钢,层间距4m,中、下两盘为柔性连接,连接钢丝绳直径视下盘的荷载而定,层间距7~8m。吊盘使用两台JZM-40/1350型凿井绞车悬吊。
