俄国十月革命胜利后,百废待兴。列宁向全党 提出:当前的“首要任务之一是组织一系列的社会 调查”。1922年4月12日,党的负责人奥新斯基 通过调查研究,在《真理报》上发表了《地方经 验的新材料》一文。列宁当天看到这篇文章后,立 即给他写信,表示“非常欢迎”,认为这是一次 “创举”。并衷心希望他“朝着这个方向更长远、 更广泛、更深入地继续做下去”。
After the victory of the Russian Revolution in October, hundreds of things are to be done. Lenin put forward to the whole party that one of the current “top priorities is to organize a series of social surveys.” On April 12, 1922, Party leader Ostizki published an article entitled “New Materials for Local Experiences” in Pravda through investigation and study. Immediately after seeing this article, Lenin wrote a letter to him saying “very welcome” and considered it a “pioneering move.” And sincerely hope he “will move on in this direction for a longer term, more extensively and in more depth.”
