在电力生产企业的人力资源管理中,人和岗位的有效匹配是提高管理和生产效率的有效手段。阐述了如何在电力生产企业中构建任职资格体系,对员工适应岗位的能力进行客观评价。结合任职资格的等级认证,对员工在本专业岗位工作中表现出来的能力进行分级,同时在本专业类岗位中建立任职资格等级准入机制,使员工岗位的调整有了可靠的依据。任职资格体系也指明了员工能力改进的目标和方向,达到牵引员工加强学习、不断提升其职位适应能力的效果。
