这里提出的“串联”迈克尔逊干涉光路作端面长度精密计量测试定位,在目前计量学文献中尚未见到过。经过实验,这种光路配上激光干涉条纹计数,可以用作精密测量大距离小位移,也可作为自动测量气体折射率引起的附加光程。循此原理设计成仪器在精密计量测试中还会有多种用途。借此简要阐述这种光路的测试定位原理和两个光路例子。
The proposed “tandem” Michelson interferometer optical path for precision measurement of the length of the end face test positioning, in the current metrology literature has not been seen.
