文章介绍组织认知地图的概念,围绕组织认知地图是如何实现隐性知识的共享展开讨论,并介绍了两种实现模式:一是通过会话交流的方式,得出基于集体映射的组织认知地图;二是通过技术手段构建联合认知地图,将多人的个体认知地图通过计算合成组织认知地图,以使人们对隐性知识共享工具——组织认知地图有更深的认识。
The article introduces the concept of organization cognitive map, discusses how to organize the sharing of tacit knowledge about cognitive map, and introduces two kinds of realization modes: one is to realize the collective cognition based on collective mapping Map; second is to build a joint cognitive map through technical means, the individual cognitive map of multiple people through the calculation of composite cognitive map cognitive organization, so that people on tacit knowledge sharing tool - organizational cognitive map have a deeper understanding.
