目的了解鄞州区医疗机构消毒质量现况,找出消毒过程中存在的问题,为加强医疗机构消毒管理提供科学依据,预防院内感染。方法依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)和GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》,于2009-2010年对鄞州区医疗机构消毒质量进行监测,并将监测数据进行统计分析。结果全区医疗机构抽检样品总合格率为78.08%(406/520),其中区级(专业)医院为87.88%(116/132),乡镇卫生院为74.74%(290/388)。结论医疗机构还应加强对消毒工作的管理,加强消毒人员的业务培训和对消毒制度落实,监督部门应进一步加强对医疗机构消毒管理的监督工作。
Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Yinzhou District and to find out the problems existing in the disinfection process so as to provide a scientific basis for strengthening the disinfection management of medical institutions and prevent nosocomial infections. Methods The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Yinzhou District was monitored from 2009 to 2010 according to “Disinfection Technical Specification” (2002 edition) and GB15982-1995 “Disinfection Hospital Health Standard” of Ministry of Public Health. The monitoring data were analyzed statistically. Results The overall pass rate of sampling samples in medical institutions in the whole district was 78.08% (406/520), of which 87.88% (116/132) in district (professional) hospitals and 74.74% (290/388) in township hospitals. Conclusion Medical institutions should also strengthen the management of disinfection work, strengthen the business training of disinfection personnel and the implementation of disinfection system, supervision departments should further strengthen the supervision of disinfection of medical institutions.
