从市重点中学来到一所薄弱学校任职,倪瑞明选择了与众不同的发展道路。他放弃个人的舒适和安逸,朝着时代的风向标所指的方向走去;在上海教育发展的大局面前,他离开驾轻就熟的岗位,走向能更好施展自己抱负和才华的地方。没有过多的犹豫,他带着在市区优质学校积累下的先进教育理念和宝贵办学经验,勇敢地迈向了薄弱学校这块有待开发的处女地,意气风发地进行着改革实践。上海教育的内涵发展,特别是农村教育的内涵发展,需要更多的倪瑞明。
From the city’s key middle school came to a weak school, Ni Ruiming chose a distinctive path of development. He gave up his personal comfort and ease and walked toward the direction of the era’s vane. Before he left the general situation of education and development in Shanghai, he left a well-established post and moved to a place where he could better display his ambition and talent. Without undue hesitation, he took the advanced educational concept and valuable experience of running schools in the urban high-quality schools and bravely moved to the virgin land where the weak schools are yet to be developed. He carried out the reform practice spiritedly. The connotation development of Shanghai education, especially the connotation development of rural education, needs more Ni Ruiming.
