材料与方法1.供试昆虫来源在市内粮库、饲料加工厂、养猪场、养鸡场、毛纺厂、昆虫标本室、家庭贮粮等地采集的成、幼虫,经饲养1～2代成、幼虫。2.供试药剂为从中药材商店购买的中草药为原料,经粉碎后按配方比例装袋(用透气、柔软的皮绵纸包装)而成。3.试验方法为测定药剂对每种害虫的毒力,设3次重复,试虫50～60头,用药量为1克,试虫分装在容积为500毫升的广口瓶内,用纸封口,投药后观察处理虫的中毒、死亡情况、熏蒸时间。试验室温度25～29℃,湿度为60～70%。
