构建弓形虫速殖子表面抗原蛋白SAG1的真核表达载体 ,直接注入小鼠骨骼肌 ,观察该基因的表达程度和表达定位 ,研究利用骨骼肌异源表达SAG1,探讨发展一种简易、有效和安全的基因免疫途径的可能性。免疫组化结果显示 ,直接肌肉注射重组真核表达载体pcDAN3-SAG1可使SAG1在免疫小鼠骨骼肌中表达 ,并分泌到肌间隙
To construct the eukaryotic expression vector of tachyzoites surface antigen protein SAG1 and inject it into the skeletal muscle of mice to observe the expression and localization of SAG1. To study the heterologous expression of SAG1 in skeletal muscle, The possibility of a safe genetic route of immunity. Immunohistochemical results showed that direct intramuscular injection of recombinant eukaryotic expression vector pcDAN3-SAG1 can make SAG1 expressed in the skeletal muscle of immunized mice and secreted into the muscle space
