管理沟通存在于人力资源管理中的各个环节和各个方面。没有沟通,人力企业工作就无法开展,而绩效考核在人力资源管理的各环节中又是重中之重。绩效考核,作为评价员工绩效考核的一种方式,已经成为企业人力资源管理不可缺少的重要环节。该文概括地描述了管理沟通在绩效考核中的重要地位和作用,从绩效考核管理角度对企业如何应用管理沟通提出了基本的观点和建议。
Management communication exists in all aspects of human resource management and all aspects. Without communication, the work of manpower enterprises can not be carried out, and the performance appraisal is the most important part in all aspects of human resource management. Performance appraisal, as a way to evaluate employee performance appraisal, has become an indispensable part of human resource management in an enterprise. This paper summarizes the important position and function of management communication in performance appraisal, and puts forward some basic opinions and suggestions on how to apply management communication from the perspective of performance appraisal management.
