本文通过试验研究了固体氧化钙在铁水中脱硫的动力学,得出了液体传质的反应机构,提出了一个“剥壳”的假设,推导了动力学模型,并在电子计算机上进行了计算,模型和实验数据符合得较好。为了提高固体氧化钙的脱硫速度,研究了五种脱硫促进剂:CaCl_2、CaF_2、CaCO_3、Ca(OH)_2和Na_2CO_3。为了生产上的实际脱硫的需要,用实验设计方法研究出四元氧化钙系复合脱硫剂:CaO55%、CaCl_218%,CaF_218%,NaCl9%。在实验条件下,这种脱硫剂对铁水脱硫率达90~95%。
In this paper, the kinetics of desulphurization of solid calcium oxide in molten iron was studied experimentally, and the mechanism of liquid mass transfer was deduced. A “peel” hypothesis was proposed. The kinetic model was deduced and calculated on an electronic computer , The model is in good agreement with the experimental data. In order to improve the desulfurization rate of solid calcium oxide, five kinds of desulfurization promoters were studied: CaCl 2, CaF 2, CaCO 3, Ca (OH) 2 and Na 2 CO 3. In order to meet the actual need of desulphurization in production, the quaternary calcium oxide compound desulfurizer was researched by experimental design method: CaO55%, CaCl218%, CaF218%, NaCl9%. Under experimental conditions, this desulfurization agent has a desulfurization rate of 90 to 95% for hot metal.
