建筑装饰用黄铜花管管壁较薄,外表面布满凸起花纹。采用普通熔模铸造工艺生产时,由于铜液流速慢,且发气量大,会产生大量气孔、缩孔等缺陷。而采用离心加压浇注工艺,由于离心力对合金液起到强力“推动”作用,促使合金液快速良好地充型和补缩,达到了减少或避免缩孔的效果;同时,由于合金液对型腔内气体产生了强力推动和挤压作用,而且气体本身也受到离心力,所以在离心力场中,型腔内的气体也更容易及时排出,从而大大减少了气孔缺陷。
