采用微波辅助萃取法,通过单因素实验和正交实验对柚皮中黄酮类化合物提取工艺进行研究。研究结果表明,在中火温度、乙醇浓度60%、提取时间5min、料液比1:25的最佳条件下,黄酮得率达到2.308mg/g。5个梯度浓度下的总黄酮提取液对羟自由基(.OH)的清除率与其质量浓度呈正线性关系,当质量浓度为0.6910g/L时,其清除率达52.08%。微波辅助萃取法提取柚皮黄酮类化合物不仅操作简单,而且是一种快速、高效、节能且实用的新型工艺。
Microwave-assisted extraction was used to study the extraction of flavonoids from pomelo peel by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that under the optimal conditions of medium temperature, ethanol concentration 60%, extraction time 5min and solid - liquid ratio 1:25, the yield of flavonoids reached 2.308mg / g. The results showed that the clearance rate of hydroxyl radical (.OH) was positively correlated with the concentration of total flavonoids extracted from the five gradients at a concentration of 0.6910 g / L and the clearance rate was 52.08%. Microwave-assisted extraction of pomelo peel flavonoids is not only easy to operate, but also a fast, efficient, energy-saving and practical new technology.
