目的:对白英Solanum lyratum全草的95%乙醇提取物进行化学研究。方法:采用正相及反相硅胶柱色谱,Seph-adex LH-20凝胶柱色谱,制备薄层等手段进行分离纯化,理化性质波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到并鉴定了11个化合物,包括5个黄酮单体,3个酰胺单体以及3个有机酸,分别为芒柄花素(1)、香草酸(2)、染料木素(3)、芹菜素(4)、N-反式阿魏酰基酪胺(5)、香豆酰基酪胺(6)、大豆苷元(7)、咖啡酸(8)、原儿茶酸(9)、大豆苷(10)、N-反式-阿魏酰基-3-甲基多巴胺(11)。结论:化合物11为首次从茄科植物中分离得到,化合物5,10为首次从茄属植物中分离得到,化合物1,3,4,7,9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical study of the 95% ethanol extract of Solanum Solanum lyratum whole plant. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by normal and reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and thin layer preparation. RESULTS: Eleven compounds were isolated and identified, including five flavonoid monomers, three amide monomers and three organic acids, respectively formononetin (1), vanillic acid (2), and genistein (3 ), Apigenin (4), N-trans Feruloyl Tyramide (5), Coumaroyl Tyramide (6), Daidzein (7), Caffeic Acid (8), Protocatechuic Acid (9) , daidzin (10), N-trans-feruloyl-3-methyldopamine (11). Conclusion: Compound 11 was isolated from Solanaceae plant for the first time. Compounds 5 and 10 were isolated from Solanum plants for the first time. Compounds 1, 3, 4, 7 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
