在甘油致大鼠ARF模型上,分别观察了NO前体L—Arg及NO合成酶抑制剂L—NNA对ARF大鼠肾功能及内源性ET分泌的影响。结果显示:ARF大鼠ET分泌增多,NO合成减少,L—NNA明显增加ARF大鼠P_(ET)水平(P<0.001),肾小管ET免疫反应阳性颗粒明显增多(P<0.001),肾功能更加恶化。L—Arg则使ARF大鼠P_(ET)水平明显降低(P<0.001),肾小管ET免疫反应阳性颗粒明显减少(P<0.001),肾功能得到改善。提示甘油所致ARF时,NO改善肾功能的作用可能与具抑制内源性ET分泌有关。
Effects of NO precursor L-Arg and NO synthase inhibitor L-NNA on renal function and endogenous ET secretion in ARF rats were observed in glycerol-induced ARF model. The results showed that ET secretion increased and NO synthesis decreased in ARF rats. L-NNA significantly increased the P_ (ET) level in ARF rats (P <0.001), the number of ET immunoreactive granules in renal tubules increased significantly (P <0.001) Worse. L-Arg significantly decreased the level of P_ (ET) in ARF rats (P <0.001), the number of ET-immunoreactive granules in renal tubules decreased significantly (P <0.001), and renal function improved. Prompted glycerol-induced ARF, NO to improve renal function may inhibit the secretion of endogenous ET.
