浅析国有企业经济合同管理问题与对策

伴随全球经济一体化,我国经济迅猛发展,经济体制发展改革,国有企业与私营企业之间的合作日益密切。为了有效规范经济活动,应对经济活动可能出现的一些问题,国有企业采用了经济合同管理。这不仅能够加快企业经济的快速发展,还可以保障企业在发展过程中的持续、稳定运行。但是如果在经济合同管理过程中出现问题,将造成诸多不良影响,不但会造成企业资金上的困难处境,还有可能陷入法律纠纷甚至导致企业破产。本文就针对国有企业经济合同管理中出现的问题进行分析并提出对策。 With the global economic integration, the rapid economic development in our country and the development and reform of the economic system have made the cooperation between state-owned enterprises and private-owned enterprises increasingly close. In order to regulate economic activities effectively, some problems that may arise in economic activities should be dealt with, and state-owned enterprises adopted economic contract management. This will not only accelerate the rapid economic development of enterprises, but also guarantee the continuous and stable operation of enterprises in the development process. However, if there are problems in the process of economic contract management, it will cause a lot of adverse effects, which will not only cause financial difficulties for the enterprises, but also cause legal disputes and even bankrupt enterprises. This paper analyzes the problems that arise in the management of state-owned enterprises in economic contracts and puts forward countermeasures.
