国内有关造血功能的急性停滞,1964年宋增旋等曾在自身免疫性溶血性贫血病人中都见有再生障碍危象的发生。1965年王风计等报告2例缺铁性贫血亦发生了同样的危象。现将我们近十年来所见急性造血功能停滞13例,结合国内外有关资料,作一简要分析。(一)一般资料13例均为住院的确诊患者,全系男性,发病年龄30～65岁,其中30～37岁者9例,40岁以上者4例。本组病例发病日期都比较明确,自发病到入院3天者1例,4天者1例,7天者5例,10天者2例,
Domestic acute arrest of hematopoietic function, Song Zengxuan in 1964 and other autoimmune hemolytic anemia patients have seen a crisis of aplastic crisis. In 1965, Wang Fengji et al. Reported the same crisis in two cases of iron deficiency anemia. Now we have seen in the past decade acute hematopoietic arrest in 13 cases, combined with relevant information at home and abroad for a brief analysis. (A) General Information 13 cases were diagnosed inpatients, all men, the age of onset of 30 to 65 years, of which 30 to 37 years old in 9 cases, 4 years of age over 40 years.
