However, since the contracting system entered the publishing house, the division of labor in editing has changed. In the past, only the editors who edited the “Six Arts” were asked to typesetting, ask papers, ask for prices, ask for discounts, and relax their original capitalism to focus on printing and distribution. In doing so, there is a dislocation between the editorial profession and the printing and publishing profession on a division of labor. Not only that, but also in the editorial professional division of labor is also facing the threat of dislocation: First, the original due to the distinction between the manuscripts division editors into different professional editors, however, under the pressure of contracting profits, the boundaries between professional editors broke, Which major profitable, editors who actively flock to which profession. Second, the original editor due to different positions, divided into editors, editorial director, editor in chief, the three are their own duties. However, the responsibility of contracting to the chief editor of the office was weakened. When contracting to people, the duties of the director of the office were weakened, and the editor-in-chief who should bear a considerable amount of responsibility was more comfortable and editorial than the editors without specific profit targets. Thirdly, due to different professional positions, this book is divided into four categories: assistant editors, editors, deputy editors and editors and editors. It reflects different working conditions and marks different businesses. However, in the face of contracting,
