目的:探讨壮骨丸治疗骨质疏松症腰椎压缩性骨折后期临床效果。方法:选取2011年10月到2014年10月82例骨质疏松症腰椎压缩性骨折患者为研究对象,分成2组,对照组41例,予常规西医治疗,观察组41例,在对照组常规西医治疗的基础上加用壮骨丸治疗,观察治疗后相关指标变化情况。结果:在整体疗效上,对照组显效率29.27%、总有效率78.05%;观察组显效率56.1%、总有效率92.68%,两组比较差异有统计学意义;两组在治疗前和治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月伤椎前缘高度、Cobb角比较差异均有统计学意义;对两组实验室指标进行比较,两组治疗前后骨密度比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组间比较差异有统计学意义。两组治疗前后在躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能比较差异均有统计学意义;观察组治疗后与对照组比较,间躯体功能、角色功能、社会功能、情绪功能差异有统计学意义。结论:壮骨丸能改善骨质疏松症腰椎压缩性骨折临床效果,远期临床效果满意。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Zhuanggu pills in the treatment of osteoporosis of lumbar vertebral compression fractures. Methods: From October 2011 to October 2014, 82 patients with osteoporotic lumbar vertebral compression fracture were divided into 2 groups and 41 in the control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with routine Western medicine. The control group received routine treatment Western medicine treatment based on the use of Zhuang Gu Wan treatment, observation of changes in relevant indicators after treatment. Results: In the overall efficacy, the effective rate of the control group was 29.27%, the total effective rate was 78.05%; the effective rate of observation group was 56.1%, the total effective rate was 92.68%, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups; before and after treatment 3 months, 6 months after treatment, the vertebral height and the Cobb angle of the injured vertebrae were statistically significant. Compared with the laboratory indexes of the two groups, there was no significant difference in BMD between the two groups before and after treatment The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. There were significant differences in body function, role function, social function and emotional function between the two groups before and after treatment. There was significant difference in body function, role function, social function and emotional function between observation group and control group after treatment . Conclusion: Zhuanggu pills can improve the clinical effect of osteoporosis lumbar vertebral compression fractures, long-term clinical results are satisfactory.
