通过实验室试验研究了伯胺的类型和用量以及矿浆pH值对纯石英、长石、赤铁矿和天然铁矿石浮选行为的影响。适于捕收剂的最佳pH值与下列因素无关:捕收剂的用量、原矿物料的类型及被浮物料的粒度分布。实验室中还观察到,十二胺是浮选硅酸盐矿物的最有效捕收剂。在pH值从10.2到10.6范围内,使用癸胺作捕收剂,糊精作抑制剂,浮选天然氧化铁矿石得到了最好的结果。本文采用数学方法描述了在最佳pH值以及不同的捕收剂类型和用量和被浮物料的不同粒度分布条件下纯赤铁矿的浮选行为。
The effects of the type and amount of primary amines and flotation pH on the flotation behavior of pure quartz, feldspar, hematite and natural iron ore were studied through laboratory experiments. The optimum pH for the collector is independent of the amount of collector used, the type of ore material, and the particle size distribution of the material being floated. It was also observed in the laboratory that dodecylamine was the most effective collector for flotation of silicate minerals. In the pH range from 10.2 to 10.6, the use of decylamine as a collector, dextrin as an inhibitor, flotation of natural iron oxide ore obtained the best results. In this paper, mathematical methods were used to describe the flotation behavior of pure hematite at the optimum pH, different collector types and dosage, and different particle size distribution of the floated material.
