本文根据Beeler-Reuter方程,对Ca2+通道电流结合膜片钳实验数据进行计算机重建,并研究了中药白花前胡有效成份Pd-IaCa2+通道的作用模式,为研究Ca2+通道电流及开关因子的动态过程提供了一个新方法,为定量研究心脏药物作用机制及判断其疗效提供了理论依据
Based on the Beeler-Reuter equation, this paper reconstructs the Ca2+ channel current combined with patch clamp experimental data, and studies the mode of action of the active ingredient Pd-IaCa2+ channel of the Chinese medicinal Peony, which provides the dynamic process of Ca2+ channel current and switching factor. A new method provides a theoretical basis for quantitatively studying the mechanism of action of cardiac drugs and judging their efficacy.
