为探讨海洛因滥用后对血液系统的危害,我们给13例烫吸海洛因依赖者做血红蛋白、血清铁、骨髓细胞内、外铁测定及骨髓幼红细胞形态学观察。结果表明:5例(38.5%)血清蛋白低于正常值,5例(38.5%)血清铁下降,3例(23.1%)骨髓红细胞外铁消失,4例(30.8%)骨髓细胞内铁减少,3例(23.1%)骨髓中、晚幼红细胞个体小胞浆蓝,边缘不整齐,核固缩呈典型缺铁性贫血改变。1例红系统巨幼样变,提示红细胞核DNA合成受限。因此,在海洛因依赖者治疗中适当补充铁剂和叶酸有助于依赖者康复
In order to explore the harm to the blood system after the abuse of heroin, 13 cases of heroin addicts were tested for hemoglobin, serum iron and bone marrow intra- and extra-cellular iron and bone marrow erythroblast morphology.
