目的:研究对苯二甲酸(TPA)的致畸毒性,为制订卫生标准提供依据。方法:选择受孕的SD大鼠,通过灌胃途径在妊娠第7天给予TPA,剂量组分别为:5000、500、50mg/kg,对照组给予等量植物油,妊娠第20天断颈处死动物,检查胎鼠内脏和骨骼有无异常。结果:5000mg/kg剂量组母鼠体重增长量、胎鼠体重、体长均低于对照组(P<0.05),胎鼠内脏检查未见异常,骨骼检查仅见几例波状肋但无统计意义,其它未见异常。结论:本次研究结果提示,TPA在本次试验条件下无致畸毒性。
Objective: To study the teratogenicity of terephthalic acid (TPA) and provide the basis for the development of health standards. Methods: Pregnant SD rats were selected and given TPA by gavage on day 7 of pregnancy. The dosage groups were 5000, 500 and 50 mg / kg respectively.
