相较大中型水电站,小型水电站的工程规模更小,所处地区更偏远,信息也相对落后,加之人们缺乏较强的安全意识,部分小型水电站的管理措施无法完全落实,不仅不利于水电站有序运转,还可能给人们的生命安全带来危害。所以,为了有效避免或减少安全事故,确保水电站正常运作,有必要加强小型水电站建设中的安全管理。鉴于此,本文将对如何做好小型水电站建设中的安全管理进行探讨。
