1991年8月,美国莱威·施特劳斯公司委托中国专利代理(香港)有限公司向天津市工商局投诉,反映天津某进出口公司等单位末经其许可,生产、加工、销售假冒LEVI’S商标牛仔裤,销往国外,要求依法制止侵权行为。 天津市工商局于1991年8月即会同有关区工商局在全市范围内对此案进行调查。经查,美国蓝宝公司、美国捷立芬公司、香港森源贸易行、香港常治公司、深圳金海电子有限公司以定牌的方式,分别委托天津某进出口公司、天津S制衣有限公司、天津市H制衣有限公司、天津市L服装厂、天津蓟县R服装厂加工LEVI’S牛仔裤。天津这些企业在查验了美、港等公司的有关商标权的担保以后,即开始生产。共生产LEVI’
August 1991, the United States Lai Wei Strauss Company entrusted China Patent Agent (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. to Tianjin Trade and Industry Bureau complaints, reflecting an import and export companies in Tianjin and other units through its permission, production, processing, marketing fake LEVI’S Trademark jeans, sold abroad, require the suppression of infringement.
