Objective To reduce children’s fingers flexor tendon injury in the handling of mistakes, to maximize the recovery of children’s finger function. METHODS: Twelve children with flexor tendon injuries were enrolled in this study from January 1990 to October 1997. All patients underwent debridement under the microscope. They were sutured with a 3/0 or 5/0 nondestructive line and sutured using a modified Kessler method with 7/0 or 8/0 Injury line suture around the suture, postoperative control exercise conditions. The results of patients with first-degree postoperative healing. After 6 months and 1 year follow-up, according to the TAM test, 7 cases were excellent, 4 good and 1 fair, the rate of excellent and good was 91-67%. Conclusions Timely and accurate diagnosis, noninvasive technique, micro-repair and postoperative effective functional exercise are important measures to improve the curative effect of flexor tendon injury in children’s fingers
