异育银鲫具有生长快、个体大、抗逆性强等特点,在养殖生产中显示出良好的经济性状,受到广大养殖户的特别青睐。异育银鲫的人工孵化和苗种培育的过程中,鱼苗非常容易被细菌、霉菌、寄生虫等侵袭而导致大批死亡,造成较大经济损失,制约了养殖的规模和产量。本试验通过不同浓度的4种常见水产药物对异育银鲫鱼苗进行急性毒性试验,探讨异育银鲫鱼苗对4种常见水产药物的安全用量范围,旨在为异育银鲫育苗、养成过程中合理使用药物,有效防治寄生虫疾病提供理论基础。
Allogynogenetic crucian carp has the characteristics of fast growing, large individual and strong resistance, showing good economic traits in breeding production and is particularly favored by the majority of farmers. In the process of artificial hatching and seed breeding of allogynogenetic crucian carp, the fry are easily attacked by bacteria, fungi and parasites and cause a large number of deaths, resulting in large economic losses and restricting the scale and yield of breeding. In this study, four kinds of common aquatic drugs of different concentrations were used to test the toxicity of four kinds of common aquatic drugs to different crucian carp fry, In the process of rational use of drugs, effective prevention and treatment of parasitic diseases provide a theoretical basis.
