当前,各地地方政府和教育行政部门正在大力推进农村义务教育均衡发展,使农村和农村贫困落后地区的孩子同样享受优质教育资源,使教育教学质量得到整体提高。我认为,推进农村义务教育均衡发展,提高学校育人质量,除了搞好教育基础设施建设、提高教师队伍素质等工作外,如何结合农村学校实际以丰富多彩的活动为载体提高育人质量是不容忽视的一个方面。下面我谈一下我在学校组织开展常规活动以外的一些新探索。
