从美、英等国的经验看,大学与中小学结为伙伴合作关系,对提高师范生培养质量、促进中小学教师的专业发展乃至提高教育质量具有重要意义。目前,国内大学与中小学伙伴合作的现状不容乐观。从教师教育人才培养模式的变革来看,大学与中小学的伙伴合作必须加强。构建三位一体的互动模式,搭建城乡教育共同体,打造教师专业发展的新平台是建立大学与中小学伙伴合作的最佳路径。
From the experience of the United States, Britain and other countries, it is of great significance for universities to establish partnerships with primary and secondary schools to improve the quality of teacher-training students, promote the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary schools, and even improve the quality of education. At present, the current situation of domestic universities and primary and secondary school partner cooperation is not optimistic. From the point of view of the reform of the teacher education talent training model, the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools must be strengthened. Constructing a trinity of interactive modes, building a community for urban and rural education and creating a new platform for teacher professional development are the best ways to establish partnerships between universities and primary and secondary schools.
