实验研究低压加热通道内的间歇式流动行为特性,考察不同工况条件下间歇式流动现象的发生机制及规律,分析不同参数因素对间歇式流动过程的影响,找出其中的关键影响因素。实验结果表明,管路中发生间歇性的蒸汽喷涌现象,整个循环过程存在较长时间的沸腾延迟、流动参数周期性波动变化等典型特征;蒸汽喷涌和过冷液体回流会产生较大的温度和压力变化幅度。对间歇式流动过程影响较为显著的因素是加热功率和系统结构。间歇式流动周期随输入热量和管路长径比的增大而减小。
The mechanism of intermittent flow behavior under low pressure heating channel was studied experimentally. The mechanism and rule of intermittent flow behavior under different operating conditions were investigated. The influence of different parameters on intermittent flow process was analyzed and the key influencing factors were found out. The experimental results show that the phenomenon of intermittent steam injection occurs in the pipeline, and the boiling characteristics such as boiling delay and cyclical fluctuation of flow parameters exist for the whole cycle. Steam gushing and supercooled liquid reflux will produce large temperature and Pressure changes. The more significant factors that influence the intermittent flow process are heating power and system structure. Intermittent flow cycle with the input heat and the pipe length-diameter ratio decreases.
