采用实验性呼吸暂停的动物模型,以膈神经放电和其积分信号为中枢呼吸节律的指标,观察呼吸暂停时电刺激面神经核背内侧区对呼吸节律的影响。实验结果:当动物呼吸停止时,电刺激面神经核背内侧区可引起膈神经规律性吸气性放电,使呼吸暂停时间缩短,自主呼吸提前出现,与前对照和区域对照比较具有显著性差异。提示面神经核背内侧区在呼吸节律产生中具有吸气易化效应。
Using animal model of experimental apnea, phrenic nerve discharge and its integral signal were taken as the indexes of central respiratory rhythm. The effects of dorsal medial region of facial nerve on respiratory rhythm during apnea were observed. Experimental results: When the animals stopped breathing, electrical stimulation of the medial dorsal region of the facial nerve could cause regular aspiration discharge of the phrenic nerve, shortening the apnea time and spontaneous breathing, which was significantly different from the previous control and the regional control. It suggests that the dorsal medial region of the facial nerve nucleus has the effect of inhalation induction in the production of respiratory rhythm.
